These Terms govern your use of Fynton, a product operated by FjordPoint Capital GmbH, Im Prüfling 2, 60389 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The platform is accessible at fynton.ai. Accounts are created by FjordPoint during onboarding; by accepting these Terms at first login you agree to be bound by them.
Fynton is an AI-powered investor-matching platform for the private markets. Users define matching profiles; the platform autonomously researches suitable investors and allocators as well as publicly available contact data, and surfaces family offices where a signal of fit exists. Results are provided in the Fynton hub.
The platform is a software-as-a-service tool that aggregates and processes publicly available information and proprietary investor data. It does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice and does not act as a broker, advisor, or fiduciary. See our Disclaimer for full details on the scope and limitations of the service.
Fynton is an invite-only professional service. There is no free or reduced-price trial. Access begins when you subscribe to a paid plan following personal onboarding.
Subscriptions are billed every 4 weeks (13 billing periods per calendar year), not per calendar month. Prices are shown excluding VAT.
| Plan | Markets | Founding rate (first 13 cycles, ~12 months) | Standard rate (from cycle 14) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | 1 | €899 / 4 weeks | €1,290 / 4 weeks |
| Raise | 3 | €1,799 / 4 weeks | €2,490 / 4 weeks |
| Scale | 5 | €2,699 / 4 weeks | €3,900 / 4 weeks |
One market = one target geography (region). Available regions: Nordics, DACH, Benelux, and UK. A dedicated managed advisory offering is available on request for institutional mandates.
Founding members subscribe at the founding rate, which is fixed for the first 13 four-week billing cycles (approximately 12 months) from the start of the subscription. From the 14th cycle the standard rate applies automatically. Founding pricing is limited to the founding cohort, is applied at onboarding, and is non-transferable.
Payments are processed via Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise FjordPoint Capital GmbH to charge the applicable fee on a recurring 4-weekly basis (every 4 weeks). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The first charge is taken when you confirm payment in-product following onboarding.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 4-week billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time, except as expressly provided under the 30-Match Guarantee (Section 4a). After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days and is then permanently deleted.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, access to the platform will be suspended. Your data will be retained for 30 days during suspension. If payment is not received within 30 days of suspension, the account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
All prices are stated net of statutory value-added tax (VAT). VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country. For business customers in the EU with a valid VAT identification number, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply. Our VAT identification number pursuant to § 27a UStG is DE458427914.
We guarantee that, in your first 30 days as a paying member, your agent will surface at least 30 matched investors that you accept ("Accepted Matches"). An Accepted Match is an investor profile you mark as accepted in the product.
The guarantee applies only if you actively use the product on each day of the 30-day period — reviewing your matches until the credits available to you that day are used up, or the daily cap of 10 Accepted Matches per day is reached. Credit allocation depends on your plan: on Solo, daily credits reset each day; on Raise and Scale, credits accumulate into a weekly pool that resets weekly. On any day you leave available credits unused, or if your account is paused for non-payment, the guarantee does not apply. Matches cannot be generated for credits you do not use.
If you meet the eligibility condition in Section 4a.2 and still have fewer than 30 Accepted Matches at the end of the 30 days, we will, at our election, (a) continue to operate your account at no charge until you reach 30 Accepted Matches, and/or (b) refund your first billing period's fee in full. This is your sole and exclusive remedy under the guarantee.
The guarantee covers the surfacing of matched investors only. It is not a guarantee of investor responses, meetings, commitments, introductions, or capital raised.
Fynton is a business-to-business (B2B) service offered exclusively to entrepreneurs, companies, and professionals acting in the course of their commercial or self-employed activity (Unternehmer within the meaning of § 14 BGB). It is not directed at consumers. Accordingly, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply.
You agree to use Fynton only for lawful business purposes. In particular, the following is prohibited:
When you use the platform, your interactions generate data that helps improve the matching model — for example, which investor profiles you accept or decline, relationship status selections, and notes. You agree that Fynton may use this interaction data in aggregated and anonymised form to improve the matching quality of the platform for all users.
We do not sell your individual data to third parties. You retain the right to request deletion of your data at any time (see our Privacy Policy, Section 10). Deletion of your account results in your interaction data being removed from our systems within 30 days; anonymised aggregate signals derived from your data may be retained as part of the matching model.
If you connect an email account (e.g. Gmail) to the platform, you confirm that:
The platform, its software, design, and all content provided by us (excluding your own data and publicly sourced third-party data) are the intellectual property of FjordPoint Capital GmbH and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for the duration of your subscription. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or create derivative works from the platform except as permitted by mandatory law.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption. We may perform maintenance, updates, and changes to the platform, and may temporarily restrict availability where necessary for technical or security reasons. We are not liable for downtime outside our reasonable control.
Each plan has defined limits for researched matches and match credits. If you exceed these limits, further requests are blocked until you upgrade your plan or your allowance renews.
Fynton provides information derived from publicly available sources and proprietary investor data. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of researched data, and outputs depend on your inputs and the data available. You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it.
To the extent permitted by law: (a) FjordPoint Capital GmbH is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and for wilful misconduct or gross negligence; (b) for ordinary negligence, liability is limited to the breach of a material contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht) and capped at the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract; (c) FjordPoint Capital GmbH is not liable for lost profits, indirect or consequential damages (except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence), nor for fundraising decisions made based on platform outputs. This does not affect mandatory liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). Additional disclaimers are set out in our Disclaimer.
We may change these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
